GTECH 1145 AEEA Phosphonate, Ammonium salt solution

Properties:

GTECH 1145 is an ammonium salt solution of AEEA phosphonate designed as a water-soluble scale inhibitor for squeeze or continuous treatment of calcium and magnesium carbonate, calcium, strontium and barium sulfate, and iron scales in water systems. GTECH 1145 also acts as an intermediate in the formulation of scale inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors or combination scale/corrosion inhibitors for cooling water, boilers, waterfloods, and drilling systems.

GTECH 1145 can provide the following benefits:

• Excellent tolerance to high-calcium-content brines

• Can be used at lower dosages compared to similar calcium-tolerant products

• Exhibits very strong anodic properties, which gives excellent applications as a

corrosion inhibitor in oxygenated systems such as cooling towers and drilling fluids

• Does not adversely affect the rheological properties of drilling muds

GTECH 1145 has been used for prevention of scale or corrosion in Oil & Gas production operations and various other industrial applications. Effective doses will greatly depend on water quality conditions and the level of prevention needed. Dosage rates can vary by application.

Package and Storage:

200L plastic drum or 1000L IBC.

Store products in a shady and dry place away from direct sunlight.

Acidity, avoid contact with eye and skin, once contacted, flush with water.
